Report: Struck by swinging part of powered vehicle at Royal Baths Manufactruing Company, Ltd. in Houston, Texas

An employee was on the ground, trying to get a pallet jack unstuck from under a pallet. Another employee was trying to pry it loose using a forklift. One of the forks on the forklift popped up, hitting the bottom of the first employee’s right foot and breaking his heel. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
