Report: Struck by swinging part of powered vehicle at CSC Steel Services Inc. in Spring, Texas

An employee was hit from behind by a lifting attachment as he was in the process of rigging a rebar cage. The lifting attachment was not secured properly to the forklift. As it was being raised, the forks were tilted forward and the lifting attachment slid forward falling onto the backside of the employee who suffered ligament damage in the right knee and was hospitalized.
