Report: Struck by powered vehicle tipping over-nontransport at Asplundh in Witts Springs, Arkansas

Two employees were mowing vegetation under a powerline with a mulching machine. Due to the rough terrain, the machine had to be pulled out with a winch that was on the machine. The winch cable broke, causing the machine to roll onto its side with one employee inside. The employee injured his back and was hospitalized.
