Report: Struck by object falling from vehicle or machinery-other than vehicle part at Quantum Mechanical Services in Dallas, Texas

An employee was cutting the blower section of an air unit out. As he was cutting the blower, a section that he was cutting fell off of the frame, which caused the blower wheel to fall to the floor. It landed on his right boot and cut through the steel reinforcement, damaging two of his middle toe tips.
