Report: Struck by object falling from vehicle or machinery-other than vehicle part at Conestoga Production Services, LLC in Coushatta, Louisiana

An employee was unbolting pipe and installing a plug on valves. A crane was lifting a B-Tex condensing unit. The unit tipped over, striking the employee in the back. The employee suffered a broken right shoulder blade, three broken ribs, and a collapsed lung, requiring hospitalization.
