Report: Struck by object falling from vehicle or machinery-other than vehicle part at Cowboys Countertops in Dallas, Texas

An employee was asked to load large granite slabs onto a truck with the assistance of another person. The slabs were on a dolly. When he moved the slabs, a domino effect occurred and the slabs fell on him. He was caught underneath, crushing and breaking bones in both legs.
