Report: Struck by object falling from vehicle or machinery-other than vehicle part at HEB Grocery Company, LP in San Marcos, Texas

Two employees were performing preventive maintenance on an elevator table device used for stacking and palletizing totes. One employee was adjusting a braking mechanism/motor while the other was below the table. The braking mechanism was accidentally released, causing the table to fall on the second employee and pinning him below. He suffered a fractured pelvis.
