An employee was clerking and counting bundled steel pipes that had already been unloaded from a barge for a forklift to pick up and bring to a staging area. A 4×8 piece of wood used to stack the bundles broke between one of the tiers, causing the bundled pipes to roll off and pinch the employee between pipes. The employee suffered a fractured pelvis and hip, along with some internal bleeding.
