Report: Struck by falling object or equipment, n.e.c. at Bludworth Marine LLC in Orange, Texas

An employee and another employee were performing scrapping work on site when a 2″ lip failed, causing some structure piping to fall. The pipe hit the employee, causing him to fall and land on his left foot. He broke two toes, suffered a right shoulder strain/torn muscle, and broke two right-side ribs, requiring hospitalization.
