Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Deep South Crane and Rigging LLC in Bishop, Texas

An employee was helping assemble a crane by connecting an outrigger pad (shoe) to it. A pin popped out of the shoe and struck him in the face and right wrist, causing fractures to the face, wrist, and nose.
