Report: Struck by dislodged flying object, particle at Travis Industries in San Antonio, Texas

An employee was standing near a sandblasting pot when the 2-inch air hose came uncoupled from the pot. Its four-lug couple struck him in the face, causing a fracture to his lower jaw, soft tissue damage to his face, and deep lacerations to his lower face. He was hospitalized.
