Report: Struck by discharged object or substance at Minsa Corporation in Muleshoe, Texas

On March 11, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., three maintenance employees were checking a water pump when the system was placed in manual operation. The pressure started to increase, eventually rupturing the water tank and injuring the three employees. Two of the employees were critically injured. All three were taken to UMC hospital in Texas.
