An employee at a remote Marathon Oil jobsite was pressure testing pipe when he was struck-by 9500psi of water when bolts broke on the flange connecting two pipes causing the high pressure water to strike the employee and one other sub-contractor’s employee who were standing approximately 15 feet away.
