On January 7, 2015, at approximately 12:00 p.m., an employee was using a ladder to install an electrical conduit to be used for the new emergency exit signs, which were to be installed in the warehouse as well. The employee fell off the ladder and was taken to Del Sol Medical Center where he was admitted.
