An employee was heading out of the office and down the stairs to begin her shift at the gate. It was stormy with heavy winds at the time. She stepped out onto the landing and shut the door when a gust of wind caused her to lose her balance and fall down the stairs. She was hospitalized with a possible concussion and a fractured coccyx.
