An employee was operating a bucket truck picking up road signs along the side of the road at the end of the day. The employee was on the back of the truck strapping down the signs. When he stood up, he struck his head on the bottom of the bucket, lost his balance, and fell approximately four feet off the side of the truck to the ground breaking the lower left leg.
