On May 30, at 11:50 am, an employee was exiting a crane. The cab of the crane was blocking the exit ladder on the right and left side, so he headed to the back of the crane and stepped on the maintenance access platform to head to the ladder when his feet became caught in rigging. He tripped and fell 5.5 feet to the ground, fracturing ribs.
