Report: Other fall to lower level 26 to 30 feet at JDW Services, Inc. in Gladewater, Texas

An employee was working to remove a section of catwalk that was approximately 30 feet high when he stepped from the catwalk section being removed onto the assumed catwalk to be left in place. The planking of the catwalk bent, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground. He suffered a broken right arm.
