Report: Other fall to lower level 11 to 15 feet at Pilgrim's Pride Corporation in De Queen, Arkansas

An employee had just finished working on top of a trailer. As he began stepping on the 20-foot aluminum ladder to get down, his foot slipped and kicked the ladder from underneath him. He fell 10.5 feet to the ground below, injuring his head and vertebrae. The employee’s body harness was disconnected at the time of the incident.
