On May 08, 2017, at approximately 4:15PM, an employee was firing bird deterrent pyrotechnics as part of the facility bird control program when a spark from the bird gun got into the pyrotechnics bag. The pyrotechnics ignited and caused burns to the left side of his body and arm. He was hospitalized.
