Report: Injured by slipping or swinging object held by other person at Tyson Poultry, Inc. in Pine Bluff, Arkansas

An employee was going to use a water hose to remove chicken debris from the floor inside the further processing oven room. As the water valve was turned to the on position, the pressure from the hose caused it to slip out of the employee’s hands and the end of the hose made contact with the left eye of another employee standing nearby. The eye injury required surgery.
