Report: Ignition of vapors, gases, or liquids at J-R-J Construction, LLC in Cotulla, Texas

An employee was circulating bad oil into tanks. He then went to remove a leaking dump valve from a compressor to conduct repair. While the dump valve was being removed, fluids sprayed out and were ignited by the hot manifold of a compressor. The employee sustained second degree burns to the palms and top surface of both hands and was hospitalized.
