An employee was operating a golf cart in which he was carrying boxed materials. When the employee made a turn, the materials shifted and the employee reached back with his left hand to stop the boxes from falling out. At the same time, the golf cart was over-steered, causing the employee to fall out and hit the ground. He broke his wrist and was hospitalized.
