A truck driver was making a delivery at another company with a load of material on a flat bed truck. While waiting on a forklift, the truck driver began unloading the pallet by pulling on a strap. The strap broke or he lost his grip, which caused the employee to fall onto the ground landing on his right hip. The injured employee required surgery to repair the hip.
