An employee was changing the boom cable on a drum. He was standing between the boom drum and the holding drum on the frame below. While feeding the dead end of the cable with his left hand, he was using his right hand to balance himself on the drum. In the process, his right hand slipped and was caught between the cable and the drum. He was then pulled down and flipped over. He landed on the floor between the drums, dislocating his right elbow and fracturing his right wrist.
