Report: Fall on same level due to tripping over an object at National Circuit Assembly in Garland, Texas

An employee was reaching for a broom and dust pan that was under a work station with her leg/foot when her foot became caught in some computer wires. As she pulled her leg out from under the table, it became wound up on cables and she fell to the ground, breaking her hip.
