Report: Fall on same level due to slipping at Schneider National Carriers, Inc. in Port Arthur, Texas

An employee pulled onto a metal-surface truck scale and stepped out of his truck while carrying a pint-size sample bottle of the materials he had just picked up. It was raining and he slipped. The sample bottle fell to the ground and broke. He then fell onto the bottle, which severed the ulnar nerve in his right wrist.
