An employee was unloading a heater and a tool belt from the company truck. The employee felt ill, so he started walking back to his vehicle but passed out in the elevator of the parking garage, hitting a handrail as he fell. He was hospitalized with a laceration on the head, a bruised rib, and heat exhaustion.
