An employee was installing a handrail system in a newly constructed railcar unloading facility. A railway machine that was slowly moving through the area contacted some construction material, causing it to pivot and pin the employee’s leg between the material and the edge of the concrete slab. The employee suffered a leg laceration and fractures, requiring hospitalization.
