Report: Collision between a moving and standing vehicle, nonroadway at UNITED AIRLINES in Houston, Texas

An employee was driving a luggage cart in the drive lane. Another cart approached from the opposite direction; the employee swerved and made contact with a parked luggage cart. The parked cart’s spring-loaded hitch detached and struck the employee, breaking the employee’s ribs.
