On May 7, at approximately 10:24 AM, a temporary employee was standing on a platform while insulation was being rolled on a laminating machine’s mandrel when his hand was pulled into the rotating mandrel. He suffered a cervical fracture in his neck and two fractured bones in his right arm, requiring hospitalization and neck surgery.
