An employee was working on a production line when the palletizer jammed. While attempting to clear the jam, the employee was pinned between pails and the moving equipment. A coworker stopped the machine and the employee fell out onto the rollers, sustaining left rib fractures and a punctured lung. The machine was not turned off at the time of the incident.
