Report: Caught between rolling powered vehicle and other object at Martinez Paving Co., Inc. in Laredo, Texas

An employee was preparing a road for asphalt paving when a nearby forklift operator put a forklift in neutral and exited the cabin.
The forklift started to move forward and struck the employee, pinning him between it and a pile of soil. He injured his lower back and was hospitalized.
