On August 06, 2015, an employee was bitten on the left middle finger by an unknown source, assumed to be a spider. On August 08, 2015, the employee showed the employer his swollen finger and was sent to a doctor for treatment. On August 09, 2015, the employee’s left arm had begun to swell. The employee went to the emergency room and was admitted to the hospital on August 09, 2015.
