Soreness, pain, hurt-nonspecified injury

On July 28, 2020, an employee was doing housekeeping at the end of his shift. As he walked across the work area after emptying a trash can, he slipped in oil and fell, suffering a left ankle injury that required hospitalization and surgery.

An employer was in back of the concrete mixer truck washing down the fins. A loader backed up and bumped into him, knocking him down. He sustained injury to both legs.
