Fractures

An employee was standing on the curb waiting for a bus when her foot became caught in a gap and she fell to the concrete, fracturing her hip.

An employee was working from a scissor lift, helping install a new lighting truss below a false ceiling. The employee fell (along with the ceiling) to the concrete floor about 24 feet below, suffering multiple arm fractures.
